This was great! Moving the left hand thumb to the center really helped me to enhance my reach and the exercises, starting slow, makes such a difference. Thank you soooo much!

no, you are wrong, muscles are the same everywhere, just like working out for 2 weeks will start to get you some muscles the same is for your fingers, it dosent take 1year to get strong, it just take continuous practice. and 2 weeks is just the start..

Its takes about a year to get the finger strength, not 2 weeks.

Thanks, my hand hurts already! Small steps.
A hammer on is when you play a note and with your second finger you literally hammer on the next note on the guitar.
Pulling off is when you would have your first and second fingers on two seperate notes, you play it and pull your second finger off to hear your first note ring.
If this is not a detailed enough answer for you you can search for any youtube videos that may expalain it better, and even show you how it’s done.
