How much should I charge for guitar lessons?

I am planning on teaching guitar lessons from my home…I am not sure how much to charge for them though.

Depends on your skill level, experience and the area you live in. I’d say anywhere from 10-25 an hour.

my guitar teacher charges £12 an hour - i think that is a bargin!!! (: its awesome

Hope this helps xox

Depends on your skill level, if it is just an extra source of income our your only one, and what places/people near you charge.

Also, as a side note, some people are not fond of their children taking lessons in a strangers home, so thats something to think about….

it depends on your skill level and how long the lessons are going to be.

for half hour, or thirty minute lessons, a reasonble price would be in between 10-20 dollars. 15 would be the best.

for 60 minutes, or one hour, you should charge about 25-35 dollars per hour, i think 30 would be best.

don’t charge too much. i know some people who were very unsuccesful by charging like 21-24 dollar per 30 minutes.

good luck.
